1-1. Checking and Modifying Settings
(1) Setting Menu: Please adjust the settings as shown below.
- Pocket Sensor Set: Not Install
- Pocket Check Set: Skip
(2) Component Type: Press and hold the INT key for 3 seconds, then change the component type to SMD.
- SMD (O) / SMD(Cle) (X) / DIP (X)
1-2. If the A.Pin number setting menu appears after the 8th menu (8.Company Name Set) (Applicable Models: Giga Series and Magic Series) Please request a password from NamA Electronics or your local agent. Once you enter the password, you can use the machine immediately.
1-3. If the A.Pin number menu does not appear, but the machine still fails to count
- Check the power supply / check the rechargeable battery (optional) / check the fuse.
- Request a repair, charge/replace the battery, or replace the fuse if necessary. < Spare Fuse >
1-4. Magic Series: Make sure the SMD counting adapter is properly and securely fitted. Tighten the screws on the guide bracket. If there is any gap, the machine may fail to count SMD components or it may cause significant counting errors.
The machine shows incorrect counting results.
2-1. Incorrect Pitch Value: An incorrect pitch value will lead to wrong results. Please verify and reset it to the correct pitch value. < Pitch Setting: Div, Left Arrow, INS, Div >
- Pitch 1 = DIV 1
- Pitch 2 = DIV -2
- Pitch 3 = DIV -3
- Pitch 0.5 = DIV +2
2-2. Before counting, always ensure that the counter is reset to zero. 2-3. Make sure the starting point and ending point are aligned as shown below.
2-4. Loose Counting Crank or Wheel: A loose crank or wheel can cause incorrect readings.
- Securely tighten the counting crank and wheel using the enclosed hex wrench.
- If the counting wheel is worn out, please replace it with a new one.
2-5. Please check whether the Pocket Check function is turned on or configured incorrectly. Incorrect settings will result in faulty readings.
A beep sound is ringing.
- The current count has exceeded the preset quantity.
- The rechargeable battery (optional) needs to be charged or replaced.
There is no light on the display
- This occurs when using the machine without an electrical outlet connection (on battery power).
- The backlight option in the menu is turned off.
- The AC fuse is blown. Please replace the fuse.
