Troubleshooting Guide

To help you resolve commonly encountered issues, please refer to the guide below.

If the problem persists even after following these instructions, please contact your local distributor or NAMA Electronics.

1. Counter Issues

  • Problem: The counted quantity does not match the actual number of components.
    • Solution 1: Position the components right before the starting point, press the Reset button, and then begin counting.

    • Solution 2: Press the DIV button and ensure the Pitch value is set correctly.
    • Solution 3: If the reel holder (bobbin) is loose, securely tighten it using an Allen wrench.

    • Solution 4: If the screws on the central adapter wheel are loose, securely tighten them using an Allen wrench.




  • Problem: The beep sound either keeps ringing or does not go off.
    • Solution: A beep sound alerts you when the actual quantity exceeds the preset value or drops below zero. Toggle the Beep Sound On/Off switch located on the top of the machine to adjust it.

 

2. Power Issues

  • Problem: The power does not turn on when pressing the power button. 
    • Solution 1: Replace the current adapter with a new one that meets the provided voltage specifications. 

    • Solution 2: If the power still does not turn on after replacing the adapter, please contact your local distributor or NamA Electronics. 

 

3. Optional Feature Issues

  • Problem: The printer is not functioning or responding.
    • Case 1: The counter operates normally, but the printer power light is OFF.
      • Solution 1-1: Verify that both the printer power cable and the interface connection cable are securely plugged in.
      • Solution 1-2: If the power indicator light remains off even after checking the cables, please contact our support team.
    • Case 2: The printer power light is ON, but it still does not print.
      • Solution 2-1: Check whether the printer ribbon is correctly centered on the print head.
      • Solution 2-2: Check if the printer cartridge is worn out and needs to be replaced.
